How do we receive the money collected?
We work with Fiserv to set you up with an account that handles the processing of funds. The money is typically deposited the following business day.
What fees can we collect with Fee Chaser?
Fee Chaser supports any fees you’re collecting outside of closing, including Appraisal fees, Applications fees, Condo Doc fees, Extended Rate Locks, etc.
If it’s automated, how will we know when the fee has been paid?
When borrowers complete their payment, lenders are notified via email, everyone gets a receipt and a copy is uploaded to the e-Folder.
What does implementation look like?
Every lender onboards Fee Chaser differently depending on vendor management requirements, configuration preferences, and account setup with Fiserv. In most cases, however, we can have your team up and running within weeks. Our team will work with you to ensure everything is set up for your success. Rest assured that we do not believe in charging implementation fees.
